Inner Fluidity is a project to make sex education more accessible to English and Spanish speakers. Not only do we wish for everyone to have healthier sex lives, we want everyone to have more fulfilling sex lives. Pleasure is an undervalued and underrepresented part of public health, we’re going to change that - starting with sex.

Understanding your body and how it works shouldn't be taboo. Inner Fluidity's aim is to educate about sexual health and intimacy in a comforting and nonjudgmental way. There's no shame in learning about your body and how to love yourself.

The name comes from the idea that sexuality, identities, and humans are fluid. Life's journey involves trying to explore and understand our inner fluidity. We're also going to be spending a lot of time here discussing fluids.
